We hope everyone had a fabulous long weekend and are ready for the rest of the term! We have had a busy few weeks with a whole school STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) incursion which went for one hour, The Life Education Van visit (which continues this week) where each class visits the van for one hour and learns about our bodies, as well as digital safety, a Prep excursion to the Museum Friday, a 5/6 Nippers excursion on Friday with the SSA (Surf Coast Association Schools) and 1/2 Swimming Program beginning tomorrow! All of these activities align with our Victorian Curriculum and although have occurred closely together have all been important in covering our very busy Victorian Curriculum, the students have learnt a great deal in a different learning environment from the classroom and have enjoyed by our students and teachers! Before the end of November we hope to move into our new Prep - 2 building! Exciting times ahead.
